I confess. Strangely, I also like the Red Sox. I followed the Yankees as a Joe Torre fan until the Yanks got really dumb and lost him. I converted to a Red Sox fan to show my disapproval of Torre's treatment and learned to love them. I developed a love for the Rays when I watched them play the Yankees and Red Sox. I even went to a Rays game in a Longoria jersey and a Red Sox hat. I got some real stares, but I just replied that I wanted to be happy either way. I am just a real baseball fan. Aren't we all?
